The Huffington Post have compiled a list of fourteen of the worst fad diets in an article this week. The diets include the Cookie Diet, Five Bite Diet and, wait for it, the Tapeworm diet (ick!). We think it’s definitely more important to have a more balanced approach to your eating in preparation for Summer. Healthy food is a friend, not foe! And remember, it’s ok to have a *little* treat once in a while… (also known as an entire packet of TimTams).

Luxe Aussie exercise wear site Stylerunner have launched a new editorial look and feel for all of their product shots, adding to their already highly coveted exercise FAHSHUN wear. While we’re not sure we look as stylishly tousled post-workout, we’re hoping our next delivery might come with a little “just been for a run” misting spray to achieve that same glow, minus red splotches and B.O.
