With the abundance of fresh produce in season, spring is the perfect time to get creative in the kitchen and sometimes it’s the surprising ingredients that are the tastiest together.

So why keep fruits and vegetables apart? Our chefs have combined the best of both worlds for you to whip up at home in no time with our Avocado, Fetta, Walnut & Berries Salad.

Enjoy as a main or serve as a side – either way, your taste buds are in for a treat and your dinner table will definitely be impressed with your culinary skills.

Ingredients (serves 2)

100g Baby spinach
½ punnet Strawberries
½ punnet Blueberries
½ Avocado
40g Danish Fetta
4-5 sprigs Dill
20g Walnuts
½ lime
4g Balsamic Glaze
Olive Oil


  1. Wash baby spinach & strawberries under cold water, on a chopping board, remove leaves from strawberries using a sharp knife and cut into halves, deseed avocado and scoop out and cut into thin slices
  2. On a plate or in a serving bowl place spinach, strawberry halves, blueberries, sliced avocado, crumbed fetta, dill sprigs, walnuts roughly chopped, squeeze juice of ½ lime and finish with a drizzle with balsamic glaze & olive oil.
  3. Serve & enjoy
