Base Ingredients
100g Kaleslaw
60g Baby Spinach
30g Seeded Mustard Dressing

Salad ingredients
60g roasted diced pumpkin
30g chickpeas ,drained
40g Fresh Parsley Tabbouleh
75g or 5 falafel balls, toasted
30g Hummus
5h Mint Leaves

1. Combine the base ingredients together and mix well
2. Transfer the base mix to a bowl, add the salad ingredients around the bowl like a clock face, each in its own area, garnish with mint and serve
