Spring Planting Guide – October

The weather is well and truly heating up here at Sumo HQ, which has us excited about all of the Summer veggies that are about to start bursting in abundance.

There is still time to get planting, especially if you are lucky enough to be enjoying the public holiday today! We have grabbed some info for you from the fantastic resource Gardenate as an October planting guide, sticking with plants which will yield edibles for with within 2-3 months.

Quickest to grow are herbs (Basil, Mint, Oregano, Coriander, Parsley), Broccoli, Lettuce, Rocket and Tomatoes (check out out Tomato planting guide here). All the best & happy gardening!
