3 Tasty Ways to Roast Cauliflower

By now you should have cotttoned on that cauliflower is THE vegetable of the moment.

If you haven’t already started pureeing cauliflower to replace your potato mash then you’re doing it wrong.

Another fantastic way to eat cauliflower is roasted in the oven. This gives the florets a tasty crunch on the outside, along with a smooth buttery texture inside. It’s pretty easy to whip up too – just toss it through some olive oil with a bit of salt and pepper, into the oven, and away you go!

Once you’ve had the simple roasted cauliflower, ¬†give one of these great variations a go!

Roasted Cauliflower 3 Ways

Heat your oven up to 180 degrees

Toss the florets from 1 cauliflower with olive oil, salt & pepper, and any of the following:

  • Traditional A few stems of rosemary leaves
  • Spicy 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder & 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Zesty 2 Cloves Minced Garlic & 1/2 Lemon Juiced

Put on a baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes or until tender and crunchy!
